City has been announced as a finalist in the AIRAH Awards 2023 in the Excellence in Refrigeration category.
Our entry has been recognised for a national roll-out of CO2 transcritical refrigeration maintenance training, with over 150 City team members taking part across the country.
We worked with natural refrigerant company CA Group Services to create and complete the training, using a mobile training pod to minimise downtime and give our team hands-on training to prepare for the future of work with next-generation technology.
The training focused on familiarising technicians with the components of the systems, and reviewing procedures for charging, pumping down, changing coalescent filters, adding oil, fault-finding, and changing a drier or compressor, supporting them in their day-to-day roles.
